A video has emerged online purporting to show an emergency ambulance in the UK, thought to be Oxford city, blocked by a new 15-minute city bollard. Although the footage is grainy, it clearly shows an ambulance being hindered by the bollard, as well as the frustration of the Ambulance driver. 15-minute city and temporary traffic limiting devices are being tested in a number of locations in the UK.
